Two ring fixings are required: the screw eye part of the fixing should be vertical, so that the ring through the eye hangs horizontally. Please ask your framer to use these ring fixings, not just the screw eyes – or put a ring onto the screw eye yourself. Pictures not properly ringed and strung will not be accepted. 5. The Society is not responsible for any damage or loss, and works not collected within 6 weeks at the end of the exhibition will be deemed to be the property of the Society. In cases of interpretation or dispute, the matter may be put to the Council of Dundee Art Society, whose decision shall be final. John Davie, Acting Exhibition Convener. |
